Here is a round-up of the crazy stories that are happening this morning! These are ones that ‘sources’ say aka they probably are half-true. First up Rihanna and Chris Brown! (OF COURSE)

Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karruceche is getting death threats from crazy fans: Well looks like Rihanna fans are hating on Chris Brown’s girlfriend to the point where the poor girl is scared to leave her house. The fans that Rihanna calls her “Navy” are sending crazy threats telling the girl to go die. WAIT! What ever happened to us not supporting the Breezy and Ri-Ri comeback? I guess that went out the window.

Whitney Houston’s daughter is making headlines after dating her “Adopted Brother”:  I guess if it’s not in the blood it doesn’t really matter. Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon have confirmed that they are a couple. Nick is who Whitney Houston adopted when he came out of highschool and now they are in love. But hold up, how come no one ever told me Whitney Houston adopted a son? Did you know about this?

Beyonce may be suffering from postpartum depression: The singer is said to be feeling sad and having trouble sleeping at night. I don’t think it’s any surprise that this happens to new mothers but the story says she isn’t eating, sleeping and Jay-Z isn’t really there for her. Jay is in tour for Watch the Throne aka Beyonce is raising that child by herself!

Which ones are true and which ones aren’t? My guess is the Chris Brown one is obviously true, and Whitney and Beyonce is half-true.

Sh*t Beyonce makes you do.

I feel like these S*it (insert celebrity name here) videos are becoming a daily thing. Today one of Beyonce surfaced and it’s actually one of the funniest things ever. Using lyrics from her songs, peoples theory’s about her not liking Rihanna, and mocking her personal videos…the video takes us through how the world sees Beyonce and poking fun at it. Shout outs to the actress who actually sounds and sings a lot like Beyonce.

Just watch it, it’s terrible and hilarious all at once.

Moving on, another awesome cover from Sleigh Bells got delivered to us today! While on tour Sleigh Bells stopped at BBC and did a cover of her song “Irreplaceable”. The break-up anthem (next to Adele’s “Someone Like You”) was stripped down and taken on by Alexis Krauss makes for a great listen. The Sleigh Bells can’t do no wrong to my ears…EVER.

Santigold disappointed with the “state of music”

Oh Santigold for a girl who released a single about other people having a “big mouth”…you seem to like to voice your opinion a lot. Santigold is one of the many artist who is adding their comments to the various careers of Lady Gaga, LMFAO and Madonna. Artists are mad that the pop-stars that are mainstream aren’t producing ‘good’ music.

Santigold explains

I’m disappointed with the state of music right now, but it’s not really about anybody specific. I think there’s a lack of true art, and the fanfare is valued over actual substance. It’s like you don’t have to make good music to be f**king huge. I’m sorry, but LMFAO performed at the Super Bowl? Aren’t they a joke band? That type of sh*t makes me cry. I’m like, ‘Really?’”

Santigold still remains a fan of Beyonce and Adele but she isn’t feeling the singers who music lacks art. Her upcoming album called Master of my Make-Believe will be about being in control of your own world. An album, I am actually really excited to hear!

Does this also bring up the argument between Digital vs Analog music? A lot of people are saying digital doesn’t deliver the same sound as analog which could be true but it’s a total preference thing. The way music is shifting right now, is towards the digital sound. Very dub-step, electronic and dance influenced.

So it’s no surprise that people are feeling this way, but it’s the way things are going!

Beyonce + Jay-Z’s Baby hits the internet!

The pictures we have been waiting for have finally arrives. Baby Blue Ivy Carter has finally been introduced to us through a tumblr account that was created by Beyoncé and Jay-Z themselves :). The candid shots of the proud parents holding their baby are probably the most effective way to get the pictures across to their millions of fans. To tell you the truth I’m actually quite surprised that they chose to release them to the public for free! In Hollywood tradition you would usually sell your pictures to a magazine for millions of dollars, but I guess Jay and B can’t put a price on that baby!

 There you have! Two of music biggest names making babies…would you look at that.

End of Time to be Beyonce’s NEXT single.

Beyonce isn’t done with ’4′ yet! What will probably be the last single off of her 4th album is set to be released within the next couple of months. “End of Time” is a love song with an African inspired power-driven drum beat. Lyrics like “I will never let you go”, “Say you never let me go”, and “I will love you so deeply” is steering away from Beyonce’s traditional independent woman songs to a song about being in LOVE! Look what Jay-Z has done to her.

There is currently a ‘remix’ contest going on at her website http://beyonceonline.com where you can win $4,000 and be featured on the single release! Out of all of the songs on the album I’m glad this one is the next single! Watch her performance of the single below.

Fat Joe is calling Chris Brown the male Beyonce! I was slightly confused (and still am confused) about this! I mean I have heard that Beyonce is the male Michael Jackson but for a guy to be called the male of a female seems a little funny. Chris Brown’s catchy music and sex appeal that his female fans love him for is what Fat Joe was talking about! Fat Joe collaborated with Breezy on a song called “Another Round” and in the video he takes off his shirt and dances like crazy. This made Fat Joe reminise about the time when Beyonce was running through a cornfield dancing to Deja Vu! Fat Joe also called Chris Brown a sex symbol!

Beyonce = Unpregnant

I’m not too sure if unpregant is even a word, but it makes sense. Shout outs to the Queen of my life Beyonce for having a Baby Girl! I would say beautiful but we haven’t gotten any pictures yet. As we could imagine with Beyonce’s looks that little girl will look oh so cute but mixed with Jay-Z’s there are endless possibilities of what this new born could look like.

Enough about the looks, how about the name?

They named her Blue Ivy!

Cute, Simple, and Beyonceish. (but at the same time I’m letting it slide because it’s Beyonce)

The baby was born on January 8th and with Beyonce’s favourite number before 4 it kind of worked out. Beyonce’s birthday is on the 4th of September and Jay’s is on the 4th of December and 4+4 equals 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The stars always align for Beyonce…congrats:)

Who DIDN’T get nominated for that Grammy.

So this year’s televised Grammy Nomination Special was larger then ever. With anything large comes performances from Lady Gaga, Usher and appearances by Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry. The entire special was actually pretty entertaining as Gaga tore up the stage with her Marry the Night performance and then closed the shoe with a duet with Sugarland. But enough about the performances! How about the nominations?

Adele (of COURSE) got nominated for her song Rolling in the Deep and album 21…she pulled in 6 nominations this year including Album of the Year, and Record of the Year.

Kanye West got nominated for 7 Grammy’s but didn’t score an Album of the Year nomination for “My Beautiful Twisted Dark Fantasy” which in my opinion is easily one of the albums of the year.

But in Kanye West fashion, 7 Grammy’s wasn’t enough for him so he decided to file a complaint. His reasoning for not being nominated for Album of the Year is because he has put out too many albums.

Yeah, okay Kanye just keep on making that music we all love.

But who got snubbed? 

Taylor Swift only got nominated for 2 Grammy’s. Someone who puts her heart and soul in to her albums that are so HONEST should get dozens of Grammy nods. I mean I’m sure she is humbled by getting nominated but come on Grammy people! She is one of the artists who shows a clear story line in her music and for that she should have gotten more nominations.

Beyonce was only nominated for 2. Best Collaboration for her song Party with Andre 300 and Best Live for her I Am world tour. Really? Beyonce that just released her most true to life album yet called “4″ couldn’t even get 4 nominations?

My theory: The people who vote for the Grammy’s love people who can be buzzed about. Adele, Nicki Minaj, J Cole, The Band Perry…they are all artists who have massive hits on the radio so it’s obvious that they would get nominated. I mean we all know that Adele is going to clean house which is fine because she is a musical mastermind.

But let’s talk Skrillrex, he came out from the d-j booth and just slapped EVERYONE in the face when he got nominated for 5 Grammy’s! Not only did he get nominated but if he wins it’ll be like when Jennifer Hudson won a Oscar. I’m not sure why I compared it to that but just go with it.

Mac Miller wants to team up with Andre 3000!

MUSIC FANS! Andre 3000 is finding his way on everyone’s tracks. From Beyonce’s “Party” to Ke$ha’s “Sleazy”…he is now teaming up with Mac Miller! The buzzed about artist revealed that his DREAM collaboration would be to do one with Andre 3000.

Since Andre 3000 is doing tracks with everyone I mean why not spit a verse on Mac Miller’s single. Not only is he fresh but it would give him even MORE exposure.

The Revival of the Billboard Music Awards / the Beyonce Music Awards

Last night was ALL ABOUT BEYONCE at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards. The award show that was CUT off the air for a couple of years made for a HELL of a come back. Opening the show as Rihanna with her raunchy hit “S&M”. As soon as Rihanna hit the stage Britney Spears sent out a tweet that said “I Like It, Like It” which meant that home girl was coming out!

Did she come out? DUH!

Although Rihanna RIPPED up the stage, when Britney came out…it was a whole lot of AWKWARDNESS! (not a word, I’m aware ;) ) The thing with Britney is that she needs to LOOSEN UP…she seemed so uncomfortable with the pole dancing and the random pillow fight at the end. I think someone forgot to turn on the lights…I miss the OLD Britney.

Who had the BEST PERFORMANCE?

Who run the WORLD? BEYONCE! While Beyonce was getting awarded for excellence throughout the MANY years of her career. She was gearing up for the performance of a life time. “Who Run The World (Girls)” didn’t seem to be a radio favorite or a fan favorite, but I guarantee after seeing this performance…you’ll fall in love. Beyonce dances in front of a video screen without missing a BEAT…her main thing was that SHE HAD TO BE ON TIME or else the dance would look off. I think it’s safe to say that Beyonce was MORE on time than the video screen. (skip to the 3:00 min mark)

Most awkward performance:

NICKI MINAJ…betcha didn’t think I was going to say that one. The QUEEN of loosening up and being all CRAZY seemed a bit ‘tight’ when she performed her new single “Super-Bass”. Her performance that was even equipped with a surprise Britney cameo for their remix of “Till The World Ends” didn’t seem to ‘surprise’ or have the audience going O-M-G Nicki is amazing. But because she is still ‘new’ in the game I’ll cut her some slack and give her the credit for at least GETTING to the stage, being nominated…it was her first award show performance ever. It was like seeing your kid off to school for the first time.

WHO KNEW SHE COULD SING award goes to:

Ke$ha! Ke$ha opened her performance with a song called “Animal” off of her album and SLAYED It. She sang her ass off AND danced her ass off. She was on her game, and if we keep on seeing more performances like this Ke$ha will be even BIGGER than she already is. I think next to Beyonce she had one of the BEST performances of the night. “throw some glittah, make it RAIN”

Honorable mentions:

Cee-Lo Green took the stage for a MEDLEY of hits and reminded us WHY he makes good music. He did a mash-up of “Crazy”, “Forget You” and more hits.

Taio-Cruz won his first award EVER! …I bet he is throwing his hands up in the air ‘sometimes’.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are SO CUTE…however their ‘hugs’ and ‘kisses’ seemed a bit PLANNED throughout the night. But you can’t deny that they are the definition of a “teenage love affair” cue the Alicia Keys track…

72 Tracks and Beyonce released “Who Run The World” as her first single…

Queen Beyonce is in the process of slimming down her album by picking from 72 tracks. During the course of her recording sessions it was said that she collaborated with Diplo, Sleigh Bells and Odd Future. Apparently some of the tracks even sound like Florence and the Machine and just ‘different’. Not that same old Beyonce we’re use to (referring to Crazy In Love, Deja Vu and Single Ladies).

New Sound: Beyonce creating this new song is EXCITING but I would have loved if she just stuck to her good old R&B-POP roots. I was actually excited to hear her new sound but then she released “Who Run The World(GIRLS)” and the beat sampled Major Lazr’s Pon De Floor. With that said I wanted to hear a NEW sound not a recycled sound!

Here’s to hoping that Beyonce’s album will come out and be FIRE. Considering there are 72 tracks to pick from I’m sure Beyonce will make the right choice! This track maybe wasn’t the right choice…

why Friday The 13th makes me think about Beyonce

For you superstitious people this one is for you! So whenever something bad happens to us we usually pull something out of it to think that we’re cursed. For instance: You use a certain kind of hairspray and all of a sudden your hair catches fire but has nothing to do with the hairspray but in your head you think it’s the hairspray. For me I certain song seems to have some kind of ‘jynx’ on me.

What to know what it is?

It’s Beyonce’s – Halo!

I first got my drivers license when Beyonce came out with her album “I am…Sasha Fierce”. When I was listening to her song Halo, I was driving along minding my own buisness and all of a sudden someone came and HIT ME. It was my first accident and all what I can remember about it was that Beyonce was playing in the background.

So like how if you walk under a ladder it’s bad luck, for me it’s if I listen to Beyonce’s song Halo…it brings bad luck.
